Guidance on Choosing the Angelic Reiki Teacher who is right for you

If you are reading this, you’ve already felt the soul call to learn this uniquely powerful, complete system of healing and consciousness expansion that Archangel Metatron calls “The Healing for our Time”.

Angelic Reiki is rapidly attracting more and more people worldwide, not least because to quote Kevin Core: “It is a tool of ascension - expanding consciousness, cutting karmic ties, shifting spiritual ‘stuckness’, emotional blocks, rigid mindsets, old thought forms not in tune with Divine Vibration and healing core issues that have their roots deep in the past”.

When learning Angelic Reiki, the attunements, initiations, healing treatments and group experience encourage you to step into your own power.

Your introduction to Angelic Reiki is likely to be a deeply personal, life changing experience.  As such, in choosing an Angelic Reiki Master Teacher it is important to find someone with whom you resonate; also someone who, as Christine Core co-founder of the system says, follows “the essentials of Angelic Reiki to maintain the purity and the power of Angelic Reiki worldwide and keep this system of healing intact and complete."

The call to work with Angelic Reiki comes directly from the Angelic Kingdom of Light, so allow your instinct and Angels’ guidance to lead you to the teacher who is absolutely right for you at this stage in your development.  Before making your choice, you might like to contact a number of potential teachers and speak to them in person.  You may also wish to ask some of the following questions (and to check out the FAQs on this website regarding format of workshops and official certificates).

Things to Check before Choosing an Angelic Reiki Teacher:

Are they a Registered Angelic Reiki Teacher, ie have they signed the International Angelic Reiki Charter of Registered Teachers held by the co-founder Christine Core?

The International Angelic Reiki Charter, setting out the essential standards for teaching Angelic Reiki, was introduced in 2009 because, for some time, Kevin & Christine Core had been concerned that the purity of Angelic Reiki was being compromised by some teachers in different parts of the world including the UK who were changing the essential content, duration and format of Angelic Reiki teaching (including Usui Reiki teachers altering the tuition to conform with the way they taught Usui Reiki).  Duration of training was being shortened, one to one teaching was taking place, attunements were being offered over the internet, tuition was available via distance learning, etc), contrary to how Angelic Reiki had been channelled by Archangel Metatron.

Teachers who have signed the International Charter have been given a registered number and are authorised to use the term "Registered Angelic Reiki Teacher" and the Archangel Ariel 'angel face' logo.  Registration signifies that the teacher upholds the purity of the system and teaches according to the international standards, including teaching to groups of at least 4 people.

Some teachers (including those who are part of the non-official angelicreikiassociation have chosen a) not to sign the Charter and b) not to teach in accordance with the current, official, in-depth format for teaching Angelic Reiki that fits in with regulation of healing modalities in a number of countries.

It is for you to decide whether you wish to be taught in accordance with the current, official, in-depth format (Level 1&2; then Level 3&4; then Professional Practitioner Level; then Master Teacher Level) or via the old, no longer official, format of just Level 1&2; then Level 3&4 by someone who cannot provide you with official, internationally, recognised Angelic Reiki certificates.

Some other questions you might like to ask when choosing an Angelic Reiki Teacher:

Do they follow the standards set by the founders, honour the official guidelines and teach Angelic Reiki according to the current, official in-depth format (Level 1&2; then Level 3&4; then Professional Practitioner Level; then Master Teacher Level) teaching to groups of at least 4 people or via the old, no longer official format (just Level 1&2; then Level 3&4)?
Note: If they teach via the old, no longer official format, they cannot issue you with an official, internationally recognised Angelic Reiki certificate.

• Are they a Registered Angelic Reiki Teacher and what is their Registered Number?
• When did they learn Angelic Reiki?
• Who taught them (and who taught their teacher if you are interested in their lineage back to the founders Kevin & Christine Core) ?
• How much have they practised Angelic Reiki healing (treating themselves and others) since learning Angelic Reiki?
• When did they start teaching Angelic Reiki and how many people have they taught at level?
• What is the duration of each Angelic Reiki course/workshop they offer and do they involve in-person (rather than distant) teaching/attunements to groups of at least 4 people?
• Do they tell you how long you should wait between levels or allow you to follow your own angelic guidance?
• Is the Angelic Reiki certificate provided at each level the official, internationally recognised certificate bearing the founders’ signatures?  Click here to see the current official certificates plus earlier ones
  (or is the certificate they provide one that they have produced themselves or printed off via the template provided to them by the non-official ‘angelicreiki association)?
• When is the certificate awarded?
• What ongoing support do they offer at each level?
• If you choose to progress to the next level of Angelic Reiki, will there be any pressure to do that level with them?
• If you are not currently a practising complementary therapist, do they offer (or advise where you can obtain) supplementary Professional Practice training covering such aspects as Conduct, Ethics, Confidentiality & Standards of Professional Practice; The Healing Environment; Legislative Aspects & Insurance; Health, Safety & Comfort of and Respect for the Client; Client Assessment, Contracts & Record Keeping; Communications Skills & Professional Interpersonal Transactions; Dealing with Healing Crises; Aftercare Advice and Support; Additional Skills to Enhance Practice; Practice Management; Critical Self Evaluation and Importance of Continuing Professional Development etc?
• Are there people they have taught whom you could contact before making your final decision?

Know that, whichever teacher you choose, they will be right for you at this time.
