If you are reading this, you’ve already felt the soul call to learn this uniquely powerful, complete system that Archangel Metatron calls “The Healing for our Time”.
Angelic Reiki is rapidly attracting more and more people worldwide not least because it is a tool of ascension - expanding consciousness, cutting karmic ties, shifting spiritual ‘stuckness’, emotional blocks, rigid mindsets, old thought forms not in tune with Divine Vibration and healing core issues that have their roots deep in the past.
The attunements, initiations, healing treatments and group experience when learning Angelic Reiki encourage you to step into your own power.
Your introduction to Angelic Reiki is likely to be a deeply personal, life changing experience. As such, in choosing an Angelic Reiki Master Teacher it is important to find someone with whom you resonate; also someone who, as Christine Core says, follows “the essentials of Angelic Reiki to maintain the purity and the power of Angelic Reiki worldwide and keep this system of healing (as given by Archangel Metatron) intact and complete as it was given."
The call to work with Angelic Reiki comes directly from the Angelic Kingdom so allow your instinct and angels’ guidance to lead you to the teacher who is absolutely right for you at this stage in your development. Before making your choice, you might like to contact a number of potential teachers and speak to them in person. You may also wish to follow the guidance given below.
Things to Check before Choosing an Angelic Reiki Teacher:
· Are they a Registered Angelic Reiki Teacher, ie have they signed the International
Angelic Reiki Charter of registered teachers held by the co-founder Christine Core?
The International Charter was introduced in 2009 because, for some time, Kevin & Christine Core had been
concerned that the purity of Angelic Reiki was being compromised by some teachers in the UK and
abroad who were changing the essential content, duration and format of the teaching of Angelic Reiki
contrary to how it had been channelled by Archangel Metatron. Some teachers were splitting the level
1&2 workshop and the 3&4 workshop into 4 separate workshops (as per Usui Reiki), some were
shortening the duration of the training, some offered tuition over the internet or via distance learning etc.
In order to protect the purity of the system, in 2009 Christine Core introduced an International Angelic
Reiki Charter setting out the essential standards for teaching Angelic Reiki. Teachers who have signed
this Charter have been given a registered number and are authorised to use the term "Registered Angelic
Reiki Teacher" and the Archangel Ariel 'angel face' logo. Registration signifies that the teacher has signed
to say that they uphold the purity of the system and teach according to the international standards.
Some teachers of Angelic Reiki in the UK and elsewhere have refused to sign the Charter. It is for you to

· When did they learn Angelic Reiki?
· Who taught them (and who taught their teacher if you are interested in the lineage back
to the founders Kevin & Christine Core)?
· How much have they practised Angelic Reiki healing (treating themselves and others)
since learning Angelic Reiki?
· When did they start teaching Angelic Reiki and how many people have they taught
- at level 1&2 Practitioner?
- at level 3&4 Masters?
· What is the duration of each Angelic Reiki course/workshop they offer and do they
involve in-person, rather than distant, teaching and attunements to groups of 4 or more?
(In her July 2007 Angelic Reiki Standards document, Christine Core says that “anyone who
receives Angelic Reiki attunements not in the space of a formal workshop over the
recommended amount of time (c2½ days for level 1&2; 3 days for level 3&4) has not
undergone the initiations necessary to be practising the system)
· Do they follow the standards set by the founders and honour the official guidelines by
teaching Angelic Reiki level 1&2 as a combined workshop, and level 3&4 as a
combined workshop, or do they split the teaching up into 4 separate courses as per
Usui Reiki?
· Do they tell you how long you should wait between practitioner and masters levels or
allow you to follow your own inner guidance?
· Is the certificate provided at each level the official, international, Angelic Reiki certificate
purchased by them from the founders of the system?
· When is the certificate awarded?
· What ongoing support do they offer at each level?
· If you are not currently a practising complementary therapist, do they offer (or advise
where you can obtain) supplementary Professional Practice training covering such
aspects as Conduct, Ethics, Confidentiality and Standards of Professional Practice;
The Healing Environment; Legislative Aspects & Insurance; Health, Safety & Comfort of
and Respect for the Client; Client Assessment, Contracts & Record Keeping;
Communications Skills & Professional Interpersonal Transactions; Dealing with Healing

· If you choose to progress to the next level of Angelic Reiki, will there be any pressure to
do your masters level with them?
· Are there people they have taught who you could contact before making your final
decision?

Kay Zega’s Angelic Reiki Credentials
· Learned Angelic Reiki in 2005 with the founders Kevin & Christine Core
and signed the Angelic Reiki Charter in 2009 enabling her to use the official term
"Registered Angelic Reiki Teacher".
· Attended both of Kevin & Christine Core’s Angelic Reiki Master Teacher Updates in
2006 and 2007.
· Practised Angelic Reiki (through self treatments and operating as a professional

despite being a qualified and experienced college lecturer, Kay chose not to start
teaching Angelic Reiki until she had ‘lived’ it and understood it sufficiently to honour the
spirit of this powerful modality when teaching others.
